Orders are sent out within 3 working days for items in stock. We post twice a week - usually Mondays and Wednesdays, which allows us to keep the stock fresh and minimise our environmental impact and CO2 emissions.

If you need your items urgently or want them sent using Special Delivery or other timed courier services, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
Our shipping charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart and are based on the weight of the order and your shipping destination. Simply choose your country to get your shipping cost before you proceed with the payment.
It is important that you provide full and accurate shipping details for your order. We will do our best to help with any shipping issues. Orders missing or delayed due to incorrect shipping details are not eligible for compensation.
Depending on the weight of your order, we will use Royal Mail or one of our other preferred couriers to get your MuLondon products to you quickly and safely.

Refunds for any items returned to us will have the return postage charge deducted, in the following circumstances:
Undeliverable items are not collected nor a redelivery arranged within the 18 day holding period Incorrect/incomplete address
Recipient moved (gone away)
In the very unlikely case of your order going missing, we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you, and we will work closely with Royal Mail to investigate. Royal Mail does not consider an item missing until after 15 working days from posting for the UK and 25 working days for the rest of the world.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any national or bank holidays.
Royal Mail asks that we wait so long to allow for items to reach their destination and to be returned to the sender in case of any issues - like incorrect address, items not being claimed by the customer, or general delays with the postal service.
If your order is delayed, it may be worth checking if your parcel is being held by your local delivery office. The vast majority of all order issues are from local delivery offices holding customer parcels, without the customers knowing.
Please note that any missing item claims must be submitted within 2 months of posting.
We happily ship worldwide! We are an international business and have many happy customers all around the world - from the USA, Canada and Brazil, through the whole of Europe, and all the way to Palestine, Japan, China and India.
Please note that you may be responsible for any import duties and custom clearance fees for orders delivered outside the European Union.
UK and EU customers pay no import fees, regardless of the size or the value of the order.

Our prices include the 20% UK VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT is charged to orders where the delivery address is in the EU VAT area.
Countries and regions outside the EU VAT area do not pay VAT, and orders sent there will have the VAT portion deducted automatically during checkout.
Areas within the EU that are excluded from VAT include: Åland, Gibraltar and Areas of Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla.
