Orders will be shipped within 3 working days (usually sooner) for items in stock. As MuLondon products are made fresh and in small batches, sometimes it may take an extra day or two for me to whip up your cream. I will try to notify you if this is the case and I thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.

Depending on the number and the weight of the items you have ordered, I will use either Royal Mail or one of my other preferred carriers to get my products to you quickly and safely.

The shipping charges are based on the number of items ordered, their weight and the destination and are automatically calculated in your shopping cart.

I ship WORLDWIDE, but please note that the customer is responsible for paying for all duties and custom clearance fees that may be applicable to orders delivered to addresses outside the European Union.

Royal Mail shipping time estimates: We aim to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five (from the date of posting).
